Is this a wildfire inspection?+
No. Perimeter begins with an intake and project-planning review. When an inspection, design, permit or licensed trade is required, the appropriate qualified provider is identified and remains responsible for that work.
Can Perimeter guarantee insurance eligibility or savings?+
No. Hazard zones and completed improvements may inform a conversation, but insurers make their own underwriting and pricing decisions. We help organize the property work and its documentation.
Do I need an existing report?+
No. You can begin with an address and your goals. If you already have an inspection, notice, estimate or property photos, upload them so the initial review can start with better context.
What types of work can be included?+
A plan may span defensible-space landscaping, trees, fencing, vents, roofing, drainage and related property conditions. The exact scope depends on the property and applicable professional requirements.
Who performs the work?+
